Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Grip&Grace Co., every piece is thoughtfully designed to support your strength, confidence, and movement. We take pride in the quality of our grip socks and apparel and hope you love your purchase.

At Grip Grace, we stand behind every pair of Pilates grip socks and every Lyocell-Wool tee we create. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

If for any reason it's not quite right, please review our policy below.

1. Australian Domestic Orders

  • Manufacturing Defects or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or does not match the description, please contact us at store@gripgrace.com within 30 days. We will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Size Exchanges (Tees Only): If your Lyocell-Wool tee (Sizes S–XL) isn’t the right fit, we’ll happily exchange it for a different size (subject to stock availability).

    • Shipping: You cover the return shipping to us; Grip Grace covers the shipping cost to send the new size back to you.

  • Grip Socks: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on grip socks for change of mind or incorrect sizing once the packaging has been opened.

2. International Orders

  • 15-Day Limit: International return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your items.

  • Costs: All international returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense, including shipping both ways, duties, and taxes.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the item.

3. General Rules & Conditions

  • Pre-Approval: Please contact store@gripgrace.com with your order number and photos (if faulty) before returning any items.

  • Lyocell-Wool Care: These are premium natural fiber garments. We cannot accept returns for items damaged by improper washing or high-heat drying.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and non-refundable, unless they possess a manufacturing defect.
